As a user or participant of this Forum, I hereby read, understand and agreed to the following:

1. It is my responsibility to present proper information. Any part of my information determined by JobStreet.com to be inappropriate, offensive or vulgar will be removed, without prior notice.

2. I agree that my forum account remains the property of JobStreet.com, and I may not sell or otherwise profit from any part of my use of this Forum.

3. I acknowledge that in using this Forum, a cookie may be placed in the computer I use to access this Forum.

4. In using this Forum, I will:
a. obey the law;
b. obey any codes of conduct, terms, rules and/or policies publish online, from time to time, by JobStreet.com;
c. obey the JobSeeker’s Terms of Use and Employer’s Terms of Use;
d. keep my JobStreet.com’s username and password secret; and
e. promptly notify JobStreet.com if I learn of a security breach related to this Forum.

5. In using this Forum, I will not:
a. engage in, facilitate or further unlawful conduct;
b. use this Forum in a way that harms the users, any third party or JobStreet.com;
c. post any job/training advertisement;
d. use any unauthorized means to modify or reroute, or attempt to modify or reroute, the Forum;
e. damage, disable, overburden, or disrupt the Forum or any services provided by the Forum or interfere with anyone's use of the Forum;
f. engage in any activities or uses this Forum in any way or manner that may affect, limit or compromise the interest or business of the JobStreet.com.

6. I will not post any posts or materials which are false, defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, vulgar, hateful, harassing, obscene, profane, sexually oriented, threatening, invasive of a person's privacy, adult material, or otherwise in violation of any International or Malaysian Law.

7. I will not post any copyrighted material or misappropriate any information unless I own the copyright or I have written consent from the owner of the copyrighted material. The use of any portion of this Forum as a destination linked from any unsolicited bulk messages or unsolicited commercial messages, spams, flooding, advertisements, chain letters, pyramid schemes and solicitations are also disallowed on this Forum.

8. I agree not to put attachments that may have potentially harmful application in my posts.

9. I remain solely responsible for my posts. I understand and agree that the posts express the views of the author, and do not necessarily represent the views of this Forum and JobStreet.com. JobStreet.com does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information presented.

10. While the administrators and moderators of this Forum will attempt to keep as many objectionable posts off this Forum, it is impossible to review all posts. Where there is a message which is objectionable, I am encouraged to notify an administrator or a moderator of this Forum immediately. JobStreet.com reserves the right to remove objectionable content, within a reasonable time, if determined at their sole discretion that such removal is necessary.

11. I understand that any complaint and report made by myself must be done in writing to JobStreet.com, with supporting proof and such matters will be subject to the discretionary review of JobStreet.com. Any action to be taken by JobStreet.com will be done within a reasonable time period and any decisions made are final.

12. JobStreet.com reserves the right to reveal my identity (or any other related information collected on this Forum) in the event of a formal complaint or legal action arising from any situation caused by my use of this Forum or my mere presence in this Forum.

13. The usage of this Forum must be relevant to the Forum Categories. I agree that my posts shall be consistently related to the Forum Categories in which it is in, and if JobStreet.com deemed the posts to be irrelevant or inconsistent, JobStreet.com reserves the right to move or delete the postings without any prior notification.

14. I also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless all of JobStreet.com from and against all claims and expenses, including, but not limited to, attorneys' fees, legal claims, damages, settlements, awards, costs and proceedings arising out of my use of this Forum.

15. I agree that JobStreet.com reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary, without any prior notification, if the usage of this Forum does not comply to this Terms and Rules.
