can i make a tset again for the JobStreet English Language Assessment ?
when i was testing the assessment, the line broken from the network. then on line agaim,the assessment is showing the score. so ,what can i do?? the score is not satisfaction ,the fact is that i didn't finish the all. thanks for you give me a help. |

Hi chen yuling, Usually if your connection is broken, they will allow you to take the test again up to max 3 times. Kindly send me a private message (PM) with your login ID and email address and i will check on this. In the future, please ensure that your line is stable or go to a cyber cafe to take the test. -------------------- |

I had a similar problem when taking the real test. The PC I used temporarily crashed. I think it took 4-5 mins to get back online and finished it off. I didn't read the last few questions properly and ended up with a low score. Can you re-set the test again for me or do I need to wait another 3 months? |
